WHAT'S SLEEP APNEA?
Sleep apnea is a disorder where breathing repeatedly stops during sleep, lowering oxygen levels and disrupting rest. The most common type, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), happens when throat muscles relax too much and block the airway. Symptoms include loud snoring, daytime tiredness, and a higher risk of heart problems.

A SILENT THREAT
20% of the population are affcted by sleep apnea.
Approximately 38,000 deaths occur annually in the United States due to cardiovascular complications related to sleep apnea.
A WAY TO SAVE THEM
CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) is a treatment for sleep apnea that keeps airways open by providing a steady airflow through a mask. It improves breathing, sleep quality, and reduces health risks like heart disease and stroke.
